Developed a Loan Portfolio for Midlantic Bank of New Jersey.  I created a $75,000,000 thoroughbred loan portfolio for this bank which proved a great success for the bank and the clients.

Record Syndication of Alydar at $2,250,000 per Lifetime Breeding Right.  I was able to sell eight of the fourteen Breeding Rights offered for sale and was able to arrange the financial link to Midlantic Bank.

Special Contract Creation for New Types of Syndication and Breeding Agreements.  I created a wide variety of different style contracts for syndications and foal shares and season purchases.  Capote, Wild Again, Sagace, Out of Place, Captain Bodgit are just a few horses that went to stud  under unusual stallion agreements that I designed.
