Cardio Cocktail Estimated Dose Recommendation Schedule for Racehorse Use
Our
experience with thoroughbred racehorses indicates that feeding two (2)
ounces of Cardio Cocktail to the horse each day is ideal. Cardio Cocktail
should be fed to the horse orally with a syringe without mixing it with
anything. Allow a minimum of twenty minutes after Cardio Cocktail before
the horse’s regular feeding. It is our preference that the two (2) ounce
daily dose of Cardio cocktail be divided into one (1) ounce feedings, once
in the morning and once in the late afternoon. Note that Cardio Cocktail may
be mixed with up five (5) ounces of non-chlorinated water if desired.
We recommend
that four (4) ounces of Cardio Cocktail be fed daily beginning three days
out from the race through the day of the race. Our clients have noticed
that this feeding program enhanced the effects of Cardio Cocktail. If a
horse runs once every 15 days, each horse will use two (2) bottles per
month. It is important to refrigerate Cardio Cocktail after opening the
bottle. The shelf is one year from the date the bottle is opened. . Please
refer to the use by date on the bottle cap. Avoid excessive heat when
storing the unopened bottles of Cardio Cocktail.
A lower dose
of Cardio Cocktail of one (1) ounce per day and two (2) ounces per day
beginning three days out from the race, fed daily until the race will have a
very beneficial effect. Because Cardio Cocktail is formulated to have a
high Bioavailability, up to ninety-five percent (95%) of the nutritional
value is absorbed into the system of the user, be it horse or human.
As a
replacement guide for other supplements, the following information is
provided. The quantities of various “B” Vitamins and other Nutraceuticals
contained in Cardio Cocktail as recommended above, is listed below. This is
provided as a guide to the possibly that the trainer may wish to revise
their feeding program so as not to duplicate supplementation. Considering
the high Bioavailability and replacement value of Cardio Cocktail with
regard to the nutritional benefits, Cardio Cocktail will provide a reduction
in the overall supplementation costs for horses in training. This overall
cost reduction will come in the discontinued use of other supplements which
are in horse feed. These supplements have a much lower Bioavailability than
Cardio Cocktail. Some supplements supplied by the veterinarian, should also
be reviewed. Cardio Cocktail will provide a cost savings to the
racehorse’s supplementation expense.
This listing
indicates the meaningful quantities of various vitamins and other
Nutraceautical supplements that can be replaced in the diet of the racehorse
by using Cardio Cocktail. The actual judgment of exactly what to provide a
horse is the responsibility of the trainer.

IU stands for "International Units" and is usually used in the measurement
of vitamin potency. There is no fixed definition for IU, as there is for
grams or milligrams. The actual definition of IU depends upon the specific
substance that you are measuring. For example, 1000 IU of Vitamin A has a
different mass (weight) than 1000 IU of Vitamin E. |
