Bob Fox Commentary:  Strike Us Rich was another stakes racer for Star Track Stable and is the granddam of another stakes racer for Star Track in Mother's Sacrifice.  This is another example of the continuing story of the distaff families of Star Track producing stakes runners for the racing stable. We expect good things from this daughter of Horse of the Year Spectacular Bid, one one of the Twentieth Century's greatest runners.  Spectacular Bid is having his strongest genetic impact as a broodmare sire as evidenced by the fact that he is the broodmare sire of nearly one hundred stakes winners. Her 2006 foal Marsh Dawg has shown genuine quality in his workouts and is preparing for his debut in 2009.
